Concrete oil based Colouring for Chocolate 20ml
This is a Oil based colour which allows it to be used in chocolate.
Perfect for colouring white chocolate to a Caramel colour.
Can be used for cake making, chocolate moulding work, chocolate fountains.
20ml. flip-top bottle. Creates pale or deep, rich colour, depending on how much you add to the chocolate.
Quantity Required
It really depends on the colour you are trying to achieve. If you want a soft colour for example – you may only need to add a (Third, 33%) of the 20ml bottle to get the desired colour for Chocolate, however if you want a vibrant colour you may need to more to get the desired colour.
We recommend to colour 10kg of white chocolate in a chocolate fountain to use 2 bottles, what you don’t use will keep
